These Terms are an agreement between you and Verentra Technology LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we", "us"). Verentra Trust and VerentraVault Verify are products of Verentra Technology LLC. By using the service you accept these Terms.

The service

We provide software that produces confidence-based, heuristic assessments of digital files. Assessments state their uncertainty and are not guarantees of authenticity, AI origin or human origin, and are not legal determinations. Verentra Technology LLC is a software company; it is not a bank, trust company, law firm, fiduciary, investment adviser or financial institution, and does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for files you submit. Only submit files you have the right to analyze.

Payments

Subscriptions and verification packs are sold and billed by Verentra Technology LLC. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are reviewed under our published billing policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Verentra Technology LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
